FFV Junior and Senior Registrations are still open.

1a. Download the Registration form here.

1b. Download the parent permission form here.

2. Fill-out and save the PDF files. Email the completed form to montrosesoccerclub@hotmail.com

3. Pay your fees by using the bank transfer(see below) or via card/cash at club(restricted hours).

4. Register as a player with FFA/FFV. Go to myfootballclub, then follow the instructions.

During this process a Payment screen appears, you DO NOT pay here, at the bottom right side of the screen click the button ‘Manual Payment At Club’ to complete the registration. Payment is made at the club or via direct deposit using the details below.
